St Margaret’s Hospice on search for local businesses to sponsor events

St Margaret’s Hospice Care is on the search for local businesses to sponsor their upcoming fundraising events.

The hospice has bespoke sponsorship packages available that can be tailored to local business’ needs from sponsoring a hospice event to providing equipment or products.   It gives local businesses the chance to promote their brand to new audiences while showing support of the hospice. Any sponsorship secured will help to underwrite the costs of the event, which means sponsorship money raised by participants goes directly to supporting hospice care across Somerset.

There are a variety of sponsorship packages available and in return for their support, businesses will receive branding opportunities via traditional and digital advertising and promotion. Not to mention free spaces for employees to get involved!

A business’ name and logo could be promoted on posters/flyers which will be distributed across the hospice’s 31 shops, 2 funeral homes as well as the Taunton and Yeovil hospice sites. They could also be featured in event listings and promotion on the hospice’s social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram which could reach up to 15,000 people

“It’s a great opportunity for local businesses to show their support for their local community and can be used as a great team building exercise for their staff,” said Ellie Weston, Marketing and Events Officer at the hospice.

“Not only will branding be included in event promotion but we’ll add the business logo and testimony to our own website which sees over 8,000 monthly visitors, this is a great way to promote social responsibility to your staff, customers and clients”.

Some of the exciting sponsorship opportunities include the New Year’s Day Charity Dip, the Colour Run and Firewalk.
