£500 Donated to East Cornwall Search and Rescue

Cheque of £500 being presented to Mike Eslick, member and driver at East Cornwall Search and Rescue by Graham Holtum

East Cornwall Search and Rescue Team is a local charity based in Bodmin, Cornwall and is made up entirely of volunteers who provide an inland search and rescue service across the East Cornwall area and purely depends on public funding to operate.

Covering rural areas from Goss Moor to Bodmin Moor, it also responds to incidents in more urban and semi-rural areas from St Austell to Bude and operates in other areas across the South West and further afield to aid other teams as required.

A five-hundred-pound donation has been provided to ECSRT by member of The Earl of Saint Germans Lodge, based in Wadebridge. The lodge is home to the Widow Sons, who are a group of freemasons with special interest in all things motorcycle related.
