Staff from St Margaret’s Hospice Care’s shops have transformed their window displays into festive wonderlands to celebrate Christmas.
Busy elves from the hospice’s 31 shops have been hard at work over the past few weeks adorning their shop windows with twinkling lights, Christmas trees, baubles, tinsel and festive creatures to help shoppers get into the Christmas spirit.
It has been a busy period for St Margaret’s shops with staff regularly stocking the shelves with new and pre-loved goods so shoppers can pick-up Christmas gifts and party outfits for the festive season.
Joanna Hall, Director of Fundraising with interim responsibility for Retail at St Margaret’s, said: “If you are stuck for present ideas this Christmas, why not check out a charity shop? You never know what you might find. I’ve been amazed by what’s on offer. And if like me you do find a treasure and get the charity shop, but you’ll have the added bonus of knowing that you’ve helped a fantastic cause this winter, supporting our nurses and doctors who will work tirelessly over the festive period providing care for families in our community. Merry Christmas!”
