Luke Littler’s mum has taken aim at fans on social media following her son’s on-stage comments in response to being booed during his match against Rob Cross.
After one social media user asked why he wasn’t allowed to “call [Littler] a little pudding because he’s 18” and was able to “financially ridicule a whole audience who’ve paid their hard earned money,” Littler’s mother Lisa reacted.
She wrote: “So they buy tickets with there (sic) hard earned money to sit there like t**ts and boo,” before adding a thumbs up emoji.
After another user posted: “The more I watch Luke Littler, the more I hate him,” Lisa replied: “Aww gutted for ya nottt,” and added two laugh-crying emojis.
And when Littler was told in another post to “behave like” a No. 1, Lisa responded: “Behave like one (two laugh-crying emojis). Best comment so far am sure Luke will carry on behaving like one as he as (sic) done crowds were vile let’s all boo the world number one idiots man.”
