Luke Littler apologises as World Darts Championship rival makes public complaint

Luke Humphries has found his range and the end is already looking nigh. ‘Coolhand’ has dragged his average up to 108.59 and took out three of his five attempts at a double. 

Clemens has certainly not rolled over for the World No. 2, averaging 99.98 himself. However, Humphries power-scoring has improved greatly, limiting Clemens to just three darts at a double. 

The German is certainly not out of the contest, but Humphries is progressing through the gears ominously.
