Darts LIVE updates – Paul Lim and Luke Humpries run it back at PDC World Champs

Welcome to the Express’ live coverage of the World Darts Championship as a bumper day of action awaits fans on Monday. World No. 2 Luke Humphries is back at the oche this evening, as the 2024 champion of Alexandra Palace runs it back with darts legend Paul Lim.

The two met in the first round of the event back in 2021, with the 71-year-old from Singapore running out as a shock 3-2 victor. However, ‘Cool Hand’ Luke will hope to exact his revenge on the seasoned veteran this evening. It’s just one of eight matches in total taking place over the course of the afternoon and evening, with Darren Beveridge and Madars Razma getting the action underway at 12.40pm. Elsewhere, Wessel Nijman and Gabriel Clemens are in action, David Munyua takes on Kevin Doets and James Wade looks to get the better of Ricky Evans.

On top of Humphries vs Lim, the evening session, meanwhile, plays host to Gian van Veen vs Alan Soutar, Nathan Aspinall vs Leonard Gates and Charlie Manby vs Adam Sevada.
