Manchester United have reportedly adjusted their stance on selling Alejandro Garnacho amid interest from Napoli.
Former Chelsea and Tottenham boss Antonio Conte is believed to view Garnacho as the ideal replacement for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who has agreed personal terms on a move to Paris Saint-Germain. And reports indicate that United have not discounted the idea of selling the Argentina international.
According to Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport, the Red Devils initially set out their stall for Garnacho at between £60million and £65m.
However, since then, with serious interest coming from Serie A, the same report states that United’s position has changed. Senior figures at Old Trafford are now prepared to drop their asking price ‘quite a bit’, and the permanent sale of Garnacho is being given ‘serious consideration’.
