Six Nations LIVE: 'Disrespectful' team boss blasted as Wales make kit change

French coach Fabien Galthie has been blasted for saying he was pleased by his team’s performance after the narrow win over Scotland.

Speaking to RMC Sport, former France scrum-half Pierre Berbizier said Galthie’s “ironic tone” had angered him.

“I have the impression that he was making fun of the journalists present, but by making fun of the journalists, he is making fun of us, of the public.

“It was not the time to make humour, if it was meant to be humour, given the scenario of the match, given the match against Ireland which followed the South Africa match. I was more expecting a low profile on his part…

“In four years, we have won one tournament.

“That is not enough. Our potential is enormous.”
