Murray handed nightmare Paris Masters draw as Djokovic and Alcaraz discover fate

Murray was defeated by Tomas Martin Etcheverry at the Swiss Indoors ATP 500 event in Basel on Wednesday.

He once again slammed his racket into the ground during the 6-7 6-3 6-2 loss. Murray has failed to win back-to-back matches since August and the 36-year-old hopes to turn his fortunes around against a familiar foe.

Djokovic lost in the final to Holger Rune last year and the pair are in the same side of the draw. The Serb could also face a rematch with American sensation Ben Shelton as they could meet in the third round if he overcomes either Martin Etcheverry or Miomir Kevmanovic.
