WEST HAM are ahead at Leicester despite Kurt Zouma withdrawing from the starting XI.
The controversial centre-back pulled out of the starting XI due to injuries and vision problems, West Ham have stated.
Zouma caused fury in the week after a video of him kicking and hitting his cat was uploaded to social media.
On the pitch, Jarrod Bowen gave West Ham the lead before an inexplicable handball from Aaron Cresswell saw the hosts equalise from the penalty spot.
