Tomorrow (Thursday 19 August 2021), Labour’s Shadow Home Secretary Nick Thomas-Symonds MP will visit Plymouth to express his condolences to the community after the shooting in Keyham last week.

Mr Thomas-Symonds will meet with community leaders in Keyham as well as local police, to thank them for all their work supporting victims after last week’s shooting.

He will also visit North Down Crescent Park to lay flowers at the community-led vigil to remember those who tragically lost their lives in the attack.

Mr Thomas-Symonds will join with local MP Luke Pollard, in calling for the government not to forget about the victims and community in Keyham as the news agenda moves on.

The visit comes on the one week anniversary of the shooting in Keyham, which took the lives of five people, with others still recovering in hospital.
