Organisational Development Administrator (Part-Time)

Starting salary from £21,197 – £23,144 per annum (pro rata) with further progression opportunities to £24,948

The opportunity

As an Organisational Development Administrator, you will work in the Organisational Development (OD) part of HR and OD and provide a broad range of administrative support. Core to our vision is an excellent staff and student experience. We are looking for motivated individuals who will work with the wider HR teams and other stakeholders to support delivery of an organisational learning and development service.

About you    

You will have relevant administrative experience coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills.  You will be able to work flexibly as part of the team that supports delivery of a proactive service in line with operational deadlines and priorities. You will have passion and enthusiasm for creating a great staff experience and positively supporting a culture of high performance, staff engagement and wellbeing.

This position is available on a part-time basis of up to 30 hours per week.

This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration service’s Points Based System.  Therefore, BU will not be able to sponsor individuals who require permission to work to carry out this position.
