Reporting to the CEO and Principal, the College Director is responsible for the day to day management of this successful and growing College.
Providing clear leadership to all College Departments and managing the delivery of developments, this role requires clarity of direction, collaboration, decision making and excellent communication across departments such as Programmes, Marketing, HR, Finance, Facilities, IT, Administration, and the Counselling Service. An experienced senior team are in place to support all of these activities.
The role-holder will ensure that the College’s mission, vision and values are strongly upheld at all times, and that the highest standards are expected and achieved in all departments. As a college with a relational ethos, it is an essential requirement that the role holder is prepared to be readily available to the staff team, with a supportive open-door approach, and involved in a full range of college activities on a daily basis.
